Shipping Policy
The products sold on the website can only be delivered to the following countries:
- EU – Zone 1
- Iceland – Switzerland – United Kingdom
- Italy
In cases where shipping costs are charged to the customer, these will be expressly indicated separately from any other costs or expenses, at the conclusion of the order proposal completion process and prior to the customer's selection of the Purchase Button.
In accordance with current regulations, the maximum period within which Emmepi Italia SRL must shipped the purchased products is two working days (2) from the date of conclusion of the contract, except in the case of force majeure events. During peak seasons, order processing may be delayed.
Shipping costs will be free for orders with a total amount exceeding €150.00. For orders with a total amount below €150.00, shipping costs will be charged as follows:
- €9.50 EU Countries – Zone 1
- €25.00 Iceland – Switzerland – United Kingdom
- €5.70 Italy
In the event of product unavailability, the customer will be immediately contacted by our customer service to agree on a solution. In this case, there are two options:
- Replacement of the unavailable item with one of equal or higher value. If the chosen replacement item has a higher value, the procedure for paying the difference will be explained.
- Refund of the order (in this case, considering the inconvenience, the shipping costs will also be refunded).
